ONLINE ADMISSION

Online Admission for new pupil/student applicant for SY 2024-2025 is now open. Here are the few important steps to remember in your online application process: 

 

ASSESSMENT STAGE FOR THE ENTRANCE EXAMINATION

  1. Make sure to fill out the application which you can access using the link below and attach the picture of the pupil/student and the most recent grades or the second quarter grades of the report card.
  2. Make sure that all details are correct and the e-mail is active, then click SUBMIT.
  3. After you click SUBMIT, please wait for the confirmation that will be sent to your email.
  4. Go to the Registrar’s Office and fill out the PRE-ENROLLMENT FORM.
  5. Pay the testing fee of PHP 200 in the Business Office.
  6. Go back to the Registrar’s Office and show the official receipt and the testing schedule is given.
  7. Bring your PRE-ENROLLMENT FORM and the official receipt on the day of your entrance exam schedule.
  8. Student/Pupil will be informed after the examination of their interview schedule.
  9. Parent/Guardian should accompany the student/pupil applicant on the scheduled date of the interview.
  10. Student/Pupil will bring the PRE-ENROLLMENT FORM and Original Report Card (If available) during the interview.
  11. Student/Pupil will be notified after the interview if they are qualified for enrollment.

SUBMISSION OF REQUIREMENTS

 

After the interview, student/pupil applicant who is qualified for enrollment will be notified and will be asked to submit the following requirements:

Original and photocopy of the following:

  1. PSA Birth Certificate
  2. Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
  3. 2 pcs. 2×2 ID picture (white background)
  4. Certificate of good moral from the previous school

*Keep the signed PRE-ENROLLMENT FORM and refer to the enrollment schedule.

ONSITE ADMISSION

ONSITE ADMISSION

Onsite admissions can be done from Monday-Friday at 8:00a.m.-4:00p.m. and Saturdays from 8:00a.m.-11:45a.m. On the day of your visit, please be reminded of the following:

  1. Please bring the following requirements to the Registrar’s Office:
    1. 2 pcs. 2×2 pictures with white background
    2. Latest Report Card with at least 2nd Quarter Grades
  2. Fill-out the student/pupil PRE-ENROLMENT form.
  3. After filling out the form, proceed to the BUSINESS OFFICE and pay the testing fee of PHP 200.
  4. Go back to the Registrar’s Office and show the official receipt and the testing schedule is given.
  5. Bring your PRE-ENROLLMENT FORM and the official receipt on the day of your entrance exam schedule.
  6. Student/Pupil will be informed after the examination of their interview schedule.
  7. Parent/Guardian should accompany the student/pupil applicant on the scheduled date of the interview.
  8. Student/Pupil will bring the PRE-ENROLLMENT FORM and Original Report Card (If available) during the interview.
